The biggest reason for the inadequacy of the Work Program applications in Construction Projects is the large amount of data to be entered in the CPM Program and the difficulties encountered in updating this data in every change. In general, we can describe the main reason for inadequate planning as not being able to reach the necessary data.

In fact, the required data in the CPM Program is embedded in Discovery, which is the sine qua non of that job. Ensuring that this data is transferred to the CPM program with the help of an algorithm and a suitable software will solve the data portercy of the work and leave the Planning Professional with his real work.

In every construction project, there is a discovery that describes the work in terms of quantity and money.

Every fabrication in a construction exploration; It is defined by its exposure, description, quantity, unit price and location (green ledger) data.

For a more understandable discovery, it may also be necessary to group the Productions by buildings, and to classify the productions by coding according to their similar characteristics (such as the Detail Group).

Each production in this discovery must also be included in the resources of the activities in the CPM Program of this work, with both monetary and quantitative values and location information. Otherwise, that work schedule is incomplete and possibly inadequate.

In other words;

The data constituting a Construction discovery and the data in the content of the CPM Program of that construction must be the same. Only the formats are different.

- The monetary amount of the activities must be equal to the monetary amount of the estimation.

- If the productions to be made are assigned as the 1st level resource of the Activities, their quantitative and monetary value must be equal to the monetary and quantitative value of the productions in discovery.

Based on the requirement that the Discovery and CPM program contain the same data, albeit in different formats, the search for an Algorithm that will provide this transfer has started this study and shaped the solution within an ERP system specific to the construction industry.
