Functions such as customer relations, production/project facility, purchase, agreement with a subcontractor firm, training should be taken into consideration while developing the quality management system. Quality planning should reveal if the quality control techniques need to be updated, ensure that the personnel and the equipment are sufficient to carry on this quality planning and create the related quality records.
