FEASIBILITY PHASE:

As our topic is “Construction Management”, we will not deal with the feasibility phase which comprises the activities within the decision stage of the project. We believe that the process of Construction Management should be handled after the start of the “Project Phase”, which is the real starting point of a construction project. The feasibility phase may have a very important place in the content of the concept “Project Management”, but if the topic is “Construction Management”, we believe that “Feasibility” activities should be out of consideration.
