3 - CREATING ACTIVITY ANALYSIS FROM 2nd ESTIMATION
Avinal ERP - Primavera Integration.mp4
In fact, the required data in the CPM Program is embedded in Discovery, which is the sine qua non of that job.
Each production in this estimation must also be included in the resources of the activities in the CPM Program of this work, with both monetary and quantitative values and location information. Otherwise, that work schedule is incomplete and possibly inadequate.
In other words; The data constituting a Construction discovery and the data in the content of the CPM Program of that construction must be the same. Only the formats are different.
- The monetary amount of the activities must be equal to the monetary amount of the discovery.
- If the productions to be made are assigned as the 1st level resource of the Activities, their quantitative and monetary value must be equal to the monetary and quantitative value of the productions in discovery.
Based on the requirement that the Discovery and CPM program contain the same data, albeit in different formats, the search for an Algorithm that will provide this transfer has started this study and this solution has been obtained within the "Avinal ERP" system.
That is, the data of all the Activities that will take place in Primavera are actually in the 2nd discovery data in “Avinal ERP”.
Because, in case a "Construction Project Management ERP" solution is mentioned, all modules in this system must be able to exchange data with each other with an appropriate algorithm.
Now, from the 2nd estimation data, we have all the activities that should be in Primavera, with all the details;
- Activities and Activity Descriptions
- Activity Resources (with Quantitative and Monetary values and subcontractor information)
- Detail Gr, Floor, Code, Group and Subgroup data
From the 2nd estimation, we will create it in the "Avinal ERP" Analysis module under the name "Activity Analysis".
