We redraw all the projects (Reinforced Concrete, Architecture, Landscape) given by the project authors in 3D (Lod 300), Mechanical and Electrical productions as well as the quantities of the mechanical and electrical productions in 3D (Lod100) level, in the "Allplan" environment, and all the quantities are above 99% on the basis of location and floor. We obtain accuracy within the Avinal ERP system.

This 3D (Lod 300) level study also determines the existing problems between Architectural and B.Arme projects or in the application details.

During the execution phase, we perform 3D modeling of all production changes (As-Built projects), updating and monitoring quantities and estimates at each step. Changes that may occur in production quantities can be followed simultaneously. This means that the impact of each change on planning and Master Plan can be evaluated in terms of orders and budget, and contractor progress payments are available with “single click”.
